Netherlands: Deventer

By the time I got to Deventer I was feeling camera fatigue. So, I didn't take a lot of photos, even being in a formerly walled city with historical architecture. Instead I focused on getting to know my extended family (like, really extended - related through my great-grandfather). They graciously welcomed me into their home and it was really, really lovely getting to know them.

My relatives took me out for a lovely coffee.

An old wind-powered sawmill that is still functional. A group of volunteers still work there and give tours each week.
